Welcome to the updated WANdisco support site. We've made a few changes and we hope you enjoy the new layout. While it does look a lot better most of the changes have happened behind the scenes and will help us improve how we support you. Why not let us know what you think next time you submit a ticket? 1) Probably it need an option for editing own update.
2) Mail send from outlook lost text formatting.
3) While posting update, it may need text formatting tools.

Our organization has multiple system admins who raise issues with WANdisco. Having the ability to see all tickets raised on behalf of my organization would be helpful and would prevent us from raising duplicate tickets.

@Daniel, you already had the permission to see other tickets raised by your organization. I've updated the rest of your users to the same permissions so they can all see any tickets currently open.
